Overview
Build confidence in the saddle and discover a whole new world of riding. Good riding equals good welfare, no matter the level of riding you and your horse are at, your position and posture will affect your horse. We will explore common rider issues and how to solve them, as well as work with you 1-1 to improve your position, gain trust in your ability and understanding of how you influence your horse.

Day 1:
Meet, Greet and Coffee
Common Rider Imbalances and Issues: Starting the event with a demonstration of a range of common rider positions and how they affect how the horse and rider show up in the arena.
Understanding You And Your Body: Every human body is different, we have different lives, different hobbies and different pasts and all of this affects how our position shows up in the saddle, discovering the hidden messages your seat + position is giving your horse empowers you to ride in exactly the way your horse needs.
Moving Into Motion: Experience Heather Moffett’s Equisimulator and learn how to create correct biomechanics and position whilst in motion.
Day 2:
Coffee and Recap
Rider Balance and Confidence: Confidence comes from subconscious trust in our body, on the morning of the second day we will explore a range of exercises to improve your balance.
Moving Into Motion Continued: Building balance and subtlety in the saddle. Many of us “do” a lot in the saddle that puts us out of balance and causes brace in us and our horse, this session is designed to help you find ‘positive tension’ and unlock the fluidity needed for true confidence and effectiveness in the saddle
